Chinese5Art.com has a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee. All regular priced paintings on our website have a 7-day money back guarantee. Returned items must be received in original condition and must include the original invoice and the certificate of authenticity. Refund amount is determined by the purchase price minus "all" shipping and handling costs and a 10% restocking fee. Sales and discount priced paintings, special orders, commissioned paintings, and framed paintings are not returnable for exchange or a refund.

1. All returns must be in reselable condition.
2. All returns must be made within 7 days of purchase (valid from item received).
3. Customer Service must issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to any return.
4. Return of initial order will cancel the Chinese5Art Members activation.
5. Damaged or defective merchandise may be returned for replacement only and is subject to inspection.

The Chinese5Art Member or Preferred Customer can then ship the products back to the address specified by Customer Service. There will be no exceptions. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Chinese5Art Member or Preferred Customer.
